• A flat $25 delivery & processing fee will be deducted per item returned.

Exceptions

To maintain quality and customization standards, the following items are not eligible:

• Custom-made designs or special orders
• Engraved or personalized items

Return Conditions

• Product must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
• Packaging, certificates, tags, and labels must be intact.
• Returns with signs of wear or damage will be declined.

Refund Timeline & Method

• All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunded to the provided bank account.
• Processing typically takes up to 10 business days post inspection.

2. Pack the product securely with its certificate and invoice.
3. We’ll schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
4. Upon arrival, our team will conduct a thorough quality check.
5. If approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original source.
6. Note: A $25 fee and lost certificate charges (if any) may apply.

Shipping & Pickup

If you are unable to visit a physical store, we offer free reverse pickup service in select locations. A delivery and handling charge of $25 applies per product for all returns via courier.
